- Experience of designing solutions based on the Microsoft Dynamics platform and the associated systems such as our large billing system
- Experience of the following technologies
- Microsoft Dynamics, both on premiss and 365.
- Customer Relations Management (CRM) system
- Telephony Systems - call recording, routing, self service and IVR experience with Genesys Cloud will be advantageous
- Experience of working with public cloud such as Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services and IBM
- Experience of complex enterprise application integration. eg SAP to Microsoft Dynamics Have a good working knowledge of IT and data security governance frameworks such as GDPR and can demonstrate experience of customer Datamodelling.
