Salary: £44,569 per annum

The finance team is looking for someone to support the organisation to do things differently, improve our technical skills, support our major projects, make our processes more effective and improve interaction with our internal and external customers.

The finance team is looking for someone to support the organisation to do things differently, improve their technical skills, support their major projects, make their processes more effective and improve interaction with their internal and external customers.

As their Financial Analyst, you will be involved in a broad range of data compilation, analysis and reporting activities to financially model the Housing Association's strategic plan and ensure we have the resources to achieve our ambitions.

You will provide accurate and data based financial appraisal of Housing Association's long-term viability, stress testing the base plan to ensure the successful delivery of the financial forecast return.

You will appraise the impact of key activities including costs management programmes, building new homes and asset management, delivering a comprehensive statement of the Housing Association's financial status.

If you have some experience of supporting project teams, analysing the benefits of change and providing data on benefits realisation this would be an advantage.

Requirements

Housing Association and Public Sector experience is essential.
Skilled at reporting to boards and the regulator
Ability to compile data, analyse and report from BRIXX
Skilled at building rapport with important stakeholders and influencing
Experience of dealing with the regulatory compliance regime
Advanced Excel skills
