A market leading digital publisher currently experiencing record growth is looking for a Product Owner to take responsibility for the recently rolled out digital loyalty programme. Along with a salary of up to £50,000 per annum, you will also receive 25 days holiday plus flexible bank holidays, a bonus scheme, a pension scheme, private health insurance and income protection policy.

As Product Owner, your responsibilities will include:  

Being the subject matter expert and metrics owner on loyalty programmes and reward schemes.
Identifying top levers to improve deals and promotions together with the programme manager.
Demonstrating your good understanding of UX design and user research. 
Defining user stories, new features, acceptance criteria and learning from customers.
Supporting multi-disciplinary agile development teams to deliver excellent new products and/or iterations to existing products to meet user needs.
Facilitating regular agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, planning and review sessions and retrospectives.
Creating and managing the product backlog and prioritise it based on the vision and business objectives and prioritise tasks according to the needs and objectives of stakeholders.
Evangelising the product internally and externally.
Managing/collaborating with internal and external development teams and service providers. 
We are looking for a Product Owner who has the following skills and experiences:

Passionate about loyalty schemes and have a good knowledge of best practices across industries with hands on experience of loyalty programmes. 
An analytical mindset and comfortable with using data day-to-day. 
Be Impact driven and have had success working towards metrics such as retention, growth, engagement, and improving how the organisation targets their communication. 
Active in the agile community. 
Excellent communication and relationship building skills. 
Good analytical mindset and experience with Google Analytics or similar software (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker or Tableau) would be preferred. 
Comfortable with project management tools such as JIRA, Visual studio etc.
Writing user stories and acceptance criteria in Confluence or Wikis.
Experience with wireframing tools like Visio, Lucidchart, Axure or Miro. 
Good understanding of data privacy and GDPR rules. 
Awareness of A/B testing, user research and/or focus group interview techniques and software like unbounce, optimisely. 
Prototyping software experience like Invision. 
Some HTML, Javascript and CSS skills. 
Being a Certified Scrum Product Owner would be a plus.
