Sales Executive (Student Accommodation)
Newcastle upon Tyne
Salary: Up to £25k per annum + Great Bonus Potential
We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive in Newcastle to join our client who are a leading provider of student accommodation. The role demands a highly self-motivated, ambitious, sales/target-driven individual who is also self-managed, flexible and has excellent customer service skills.
We are looking for candidates with experience in leisure sales, property sales / lettings or other relevant sales backgrounds.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing sales/booking activity within their impressive site in Newcastle to ensure maximum occupancy
* Ensuring that all leads are followed up appropriately and in a timely manner
* Set and monitor sales targets and KPI's
* Ensure lead generation activity is being actively managed
* Work with the marketing team to ensure all data is captured
* Conduct market research
* Liaise with external stakeholders to ensure an effective working relationship is maintained
* Support site staff with open days, sales activities and viewings
In order to be considered you need to have the following attributes:
* Previous experience in a sales focused role ideally within student accommodation / hospitality / property sector / leisure sales
* Proven experience of working within a target driven environment
* Experience in lead generation and relationship building
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Impeccable attention to detail, problem solving and time management skills
Working hours are predominantly Monday to Friday with flexibility required for weekend work throughout the year.
