I am working with an organisation in London who are looking for an experienced interim Talent Advisor to join their busy team.
The role is full time, for 3 months initially and paying £19.46 PAYE per hour. The role is in scope of IR35.
Work with the Talent and Learning Manager on talent management initiatives, ensuring that forward thinking and accessible strategies and initiatives are implemented across the organisation.
Support the delivery of the organisation's equality, diversity and inclusion strategy through talent management interventions and practices.
Work in partnership with the HR Business Partnering team to ensure that staff are retained and progress in the organisation.
Work closely with the Recruitment Manager and Recruitment Resourcing Adviser to develop the employer brand. Role accountabilities
Support the HR Business Partnering team to identify opportunities for talent management initiatives. Advise and coach HR colleagues and managers on day to day talent management and success planning strategies, procedures and best practice
Work with the Talent and Learning Manager, Senior HR Business Partners and Assistant Directors of HR to develop proactive talent management, career and succession planning strategies to meet current and future business needs support the implementation of agreed strategies
Build and maintain effective relationships with external partners, including talent management and development specialists and apprenticeship providers, and support the Talent and Learning Manager with the contract management to ensure compliance and a high level of service delivery
Support the Talent & Learning Manager to develop a range of talent management, career path, progression and succession planning strategies to meet current and future business needs work with the Talent & Learning Manager and other HR colleagues to implement agreed solutions and advise and coach managers and HR colleagues on the agreed solutions
Support the Talent & Learning Manager to develop of a range of entry route options into NHG (including volunteers, work placements, apprenticeships and interns) in order to build a diverse pool of talent ensure engagement on appropriate terms and conditions of employment and work with the Recruitment Manager and Recruitment & Resourcing Adviser to ensure these options fit with the organisation's brand Professional expertise required:
* Experience of advising on talent and retention strategies within a diverse organisation
* Experience of developing and managing various entry level and career progression programmes
* Experience developing career pathways within a large and diverse organisation
* Good working knowledge of employment legislation and demonstrable experience of applying this to day to day work and policy/strategy development
* Experience developing employer brands (desirable)
