Our Administrative Assistant is the glue that holds our business together.
As an entry level Administrative Assistant, you will be a member of a fast-paced, detail-oriented, supportive team responsible for facilitating the strong relationship between our clients and our firm. In our ever-evolving environment, your main responsibilities will focus on ensuring exceptional customer service while balancing the operational needs of the organization.
By excelling in your introductory training period, you will have the opportunity to utilize and develop your skills in an environment where hard work is recognized and rewarded. In addition, you will work directly with team members at all levels and get exposure to our dynamic culture. Previous financial services experience not required.
