Global Content Manager (Pharmaceutical) - Remote and Brussels, Belgium - English speaking

One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Global Content Manager.

For this role you can initially work remotely but once the COVID restrictions have been lifted you will then need to be based full time onsite in Brussels.

The global Content Manager plays a critical role in helping the global brand teams, both commercial and medical in delivering this content and in understanding how effective this content is in addressing customer needs; thereby achieving business objectives.
As part of this transformation, the customer is looking for individuals who can work well as part of a cross-functional co-creation team and who's primary focus will be on delivering high quality insight driven content that the global vaccines teams will be providing to the Local Operating Companies (LOCs). In order to deliver this, the customer requires content managers ideally with pharmaceutical marketing experience and that know how to think in a Pharma/Medical/B2B customer journey and has explored the world of digital marketing already.

Primary Tasks & Responsibilities:
Support global brand teams in preparing content plans to be delivered during the year
Support global brand teams to co-create engaging content on time, to agreed levels of quality for local operating companies to adapt and localize
Ensure content produced meets best practice needs of core digital channels and adheres to the customer compliance, editorial and style guidelines
Manage content through global approval process
Support Vaccines business and Multi-channel marketing team on cross brand digital initiatives
Ensure continuous improvement by consolidating and sharing analytics and looking for opportunities to improve the quality of content

Experience, Knowledge & Soft Skill Requirements
Understanding of different digital channels and the opportunities they present
Excellent project management capabilities with ability to stay on top of detail, deliverables and anticipate and propose solutions to potential roadblocks to keep activities on track
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
The ability to deliver across internal networks of marketing and medical networks
Experience of working with external creative agencies
Experience in assessing and cutting through complex subjects to deliver clear, comprehensive and compelling content
Ability to interpret data and analytics to improve content quality and effectiveness
Experience in building Customer Journey/Content Journey
Experience in eMail Marketing, Storytelling, Web building
Understand the paramount usage of metrics to validate/support campaign efficiency

Education, Methodology & Certification Requirements
Graduate with experience in pharma or healthcare digital marketing
2/3 years of experience in digital agencies, experience in the healthcare or pharma industry is a plus

ICT Skills (software, operating systems, hardware, etc.)
MS Office, Google Digital Certificate

Language Proficiency Requirements (spoken & written)
English - High written and spoken proficiency
French - Spoken proficiency an advantage but not compulsory
