Spanish Speaking Service Desk Analyst - £100 per day - 6 month contract - Remote/Kent

We have a great opportunity for a bilingual Spanish and English speaker to join a busy service desk. Team is working remotely at the moment but are based in Kent.

Position will be working from home initially due to COVID but applicants should ideally live in or around Folkestone, Kent as long term team will be returning to the office.

Role has been deemed as inside IR35 so applicants need to have right to work with no visa restrictions or British Passport and work via an umbrella company.

The successful candidate will join a team, working on a Help Desk offing first level support to our clients new international products.

This role is offered as a contract to begin with, with a view to it becoming permanent in the future. It is an excellent opportunity to join a fantastic organisation looking for career driven people.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working on a busy service desk, customer services or call centre environments.

You will be fluent Spanish and English speaking, with strong all round communication skills. This is essential and will be tested during interview.
