eCommerce Business Analyst - Customer Services

Do you have a proven background as a Business Analyst in ERP, CRM tools or Order Management Systems?
Then our client, a major international organisation in Lausanne, could be interested in your profile.
Working with IT Customer Service Teams, you will be responsible for the design and deployment of Customer Service technology projects across the organisation globally, with a strong focus on EDI migration and OTC customer management systems.
You will also develop and deliver business partnership and leverage technology solutions in across feedback, complaints systems while defining project phasing, resources, budgets, reporting and communication in collaboration with Project Management.
You will be expected to have a solid background in Functional Customer Service systems, working in international and complex environments.
Previous experience with EDI standards and technologies such as EDIFACT, X12, OpenText and EDICOM are expected.
Strong communication skills are essential, project co-ordination experience key and a solid functional process mindset will be key to success. Working with technical and non-technical teams will require the ability to summarise, explain and develop your ideas to a wide and varies audience.
Fluency in English is required with French an obvious bonus.
