What will the person do during the day
Work at the client location and represent IBM (remote work this point)
Based on the analyzed user stories should be able to provide quick comments on how to technically/functionaly build/prototype a required solution
Must have very good understanding of Salesforce out of box.
Must be able to collaborate with global delivery teams through different mediums (slack, skype, phone, etc.)
Must be able to build/prototype the solution of Salesforce Service Cloud (preferably community cloud as well)
Must be able to create required documentation for solution build
Skills: Must have and Nice to have
Must have- Service cloud certification with very sound knowledge and implementation experience on about Service cloud and related framework (LWC), Apex coding experience. Case Management experience.
Should be able to work independently.
Collaboration, team work, client interaction are must-haves.
Preferred: Salesforce Community cloud, Marketing cloud, Heroku, Einstein analytics and AI.
