Your new role
As an on-site Recruitment Partner for one of our clients you will assume responsibility for driving recruitment processes in dedicated countries for diverse roles (Engineering, IT, Sales, Supply Chain, HR and others), partnering with the Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners within Client's structure to ensure effective recruitment for local requirements. Additionally, you will work alongside an internal project delivery team of Sourcing and Admin Partners, responsible for candidate generation and management. As a focal point of contact for the Client, you will ensure that the process is running smoothly and effectively. By administering client system, from requisition to placement, you will track process progression.
You will also lead recruitment strategies to partner with the business and manage stakeholders' expectations in consultative way. You will cooperate with external suppliers (staffing and head-hunting agencies). Among your responsibilities will be identifying improvement areas, proactively suggesting and inspiring changes aimed at process optimisation.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a proven track record within Sales, Engineering, Technology or Corporate recruitment, ideally - but not essentially - drawn from an RPO/MSP or 360° environment. You need to be a motivated self-starter who has the ability to work both independently using your initiative and as part of a team. Your attention to detail and organisation skills will be second to none, and you can demonstrate you are customer service and delivery focused. You always deliver accurate work within the agreed time frame and you know your way around applicant tracking systems, how sourcing works and how to work with recruitment agency partners.
