Training Specialist - Dublin (Remote)

You will be working with a global leader in banking and wealth management to provide consumers, corporations, governments and institutions with a broad range of financial services and products in order to achieve to best outcomes for clients and customers with financial ingenuity that leads to solutions that are simple creative and responsible.

Your new role

Based in the Dublin Service Centre (Currently working remote), the Issuer Services Department is part of the wider Custody and Issuer Services Group. The Department contains a diverse section of units which support our Issuer Services Clients, Product and Sales partners. The services provided include Depository Servicing, Issuing & Paying Agency services and Specialised Agency functions such as Account Bank, Project Finance, Structured Finance and Escrow Agent functions.

The Training Specialist role is responsible for collating the existing training materials and specialist knowledge held within and across the Department, and utilising to implement the first phase of the Issuer Services Operations curriculum.

It is expected that the role will deliver several training artefacts that will facilitate the continuous roll out of phase one training for new starters and existing staff members.

What you'll need to succeed

Key Skills:



  • Proficient in the use of MS Office suite

  • Project Management experience an advantage

  • Excellent collaboration skills

  • Ability to receive, understand, and structure new information quickly and comfortably in a high pressure, high performance environment


Key Competencies:



  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong relationship management and influencing skills

  • Ability to thrive in a pressurised environment, working to deadlines, and consistently achieving targets


Qualifications:



  • BA Degree in a relevant field

  • Project management experience is also a plus but not essential

  • Professional Industry qualifications desirable but not essential
