We are looking for an exceptional part time Payroll Assistant.

You'll be a great communicator, accurate and able to organise and prioritise your workload over 24 hours a week. Which is to be agreed.

It is essential that you have experience of working on Sage 50 and proficient use of Excel. If you have experience within the building industry that would be advantageous but not essential.

The primary dutes are

Working as part of the Finance team duties will include:

* Processing weekly timesheets

* Preparation of weekly payroll

* Collating and processing Expense Claims

* Processing Agency and Sub Contract Labour claims

* Preparation of monthly payroll

* Reconciliation and payment of Attachment of Earnings

* Preparation of payroll reports

* Managing payroll queries

* Other ad hoc duties as required
