Looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator to join the team. You will ensure the timely and accurate payment for a variety of clients on a multi-frequency basis using the Sage software. Ensuring and maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Main responsibilities include;
Processing of weekly/monthly payrolls as assigned.
Efficient maintenance of employee files and payroll related data including new employee / leaver records
Efficient Production and maintenance of weekly and monthly reports with accurate checking and reconciling of payroll reports before BACS run.
Ensuring Statutory & Company Rules are correctly adhered to.
What do I need to do the role?
You will have previous working experience within Payroll, along with strong office/administration experience and MS Office Skills (including Outlook and Excel).
Sage experience would be an advantage.
