In addition to interns will assist office staff: • with answering phones and emails, connecting calls with the appropriate staff member, and providing members and vendors with assistance, developing, and managing special projects • all other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities Interns typically work a 30-40-hour week in the administrative office. Must have reliable transportation and housing.
HHIMLS is seeking an undergraduate student majoring in real estate, business, or a related field. This person must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong desire to learn and possess the ability to interact with the public in a pleasant and courteous manner. A positive, humble, friendly, and team-oriented attitude is necessary. A high level of computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office, is a requirement. CRM experience is preferred. This intern should be comfortable with the basic operating procedures of basic office equipment as well as tablets and phone systems. It is preferable that the candidate for this internship is seeking academic credit.
Position: It Starts May 1st (or sooner), 2021, and will continue for 3 months. Full-time, Temporary Pay: $12.00 per hour Benefits: • Day shift • Holidays • Weekends
