Senior HR Business Partner

My client is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join a successful company where you will use your skills and time to make a difference to the world and environment that we live in. The ideal candidate will

  • Experience across generalist HR including: L&D, developing culture, compensation, and dealing with complex/sensitive issues
  • Experience in a high growth Tech business that has scaled rapidly
  • A self-starter, passionate about data and analysis
  • Excellent communication
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and organisational levels
  • Have a real passion for sustainability/climate change/having a positive impact on the world
  • A relevant degree and/or CIPD qualification
  • A relevant degree and/or CIPD qualification


Responsible for the full HR activities, including recruitment, learning and development, employee engagement, employee relations, compensation and benefits, talent management, HR systems and management information.Minimum of CIPD level 5.

  • Structure HR department and define HR strategy
  • Implement and manage HR systems and management information,
  • Work closely with external recruitment partner and develop in-house resources
  • Managing the onboarding of talent.
  • Drive a culture that embodies the business' Leadership Principles, which reward, promote growth and encourage sustainable performance throughout the organisation
  • Ensure all people policies and procedures are up-to-date and in line with employment legislation
  • Identify an external programme (such as B Corp) which will underpin and recognise their goal to be one of the best companies to work for in the UK.
  • You'll work across the business to help develop a hybrid office/remote working pattern, whilst retaining our vibrant culture and maximising flexibility.
  • Lead the Learning & Development function to drive continuous improvements to our training offerings.
  • Working with finance to administer payroll and oversee compliance requirements
