IT Business Analyst - Banking Systems | Zurich City | 12 Months | Daily rate upon request

For a long-term project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an motivated IT Business Analyst - Banking Systems.

As of January 1, 2021, UK citizens will need work visa sponsorship in order to work in Switzerland. iET as an employment agency does not sponsor work visas. We can only work with UK citizens if they are already in Switzerland and possess a valid work permit.

Your Qualifications:
  • 7 years experience as IT Business Analyst with focus on functional specification design with experience in Private and/or Investment Banking
  • Solid understanding of business processes, financial products (especially derivatives) and knowledge of risk management or front to back trade flows
  • Working experience in system implementation projects and testing with strong knowledge of SQL
  • Well versed in analysing and writing of test cases
  • Understanding of Credit Risk concepts and terminology is desirable
  • Experience in BDD/Feature File and Scrum are welcome
  • Team Worker with excellent organizational, problem solving, and written/verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English
Your Responsibilities:
  • Gather and review business requirements
  • Analyzing impact of changes to the existing processes and system flows as well as documentation
  • Coordinate with Credit Risk IT partners on the readiness for SIT/UAT/Regression
  • Track and facilitate issues resolutions during SIT/UAT/Regression
  • Support Business Users and Developers during the whole software life cycle
