Title: Contact Center Associate
Start date: Immediate
Manage client expectations related to KPI/SLAs for the role
Receive Inbound calls between 10pm & 8am on every weekday and 24 hours over the weekends
Ensure no calls abandoned, and all calls are answered
Ensure that a smooth relationship is maintained between the company and the client.
Appraise the client on the happenings at Hexaware whenever necessary.
Deliver the data requested by the client in appropriate timings.
Communicate company vision, mission, and goals. Ensure complete alignment of the functional/service line teams to overall company objectives.
Champion Hexaware culture by role modelling behaviors
Create a work environment that nurtures and supports diversity and has an inclusive work culture.
Ensure productive work relationships are established with all relevant internal functions.
Ensure data confidentiality, integrity and protection of company's intellectual property.
Needs to be high on responsibility and ownership.
Listening skills to comprehend and resolve customer issues with accurate service tickets being raised
Excellent English & Dutch communication skills enabling high levels of Customer Experience during calls received.
Graduates/High School Completion from any stream.
