Adecco are currently recruiting on behalf of our global manufacturing client based in Chester who are the UK's leading supplier of products in their industry. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful company within a friendly, dynamic team.
The purpose of the role is to collate and process information from company attendance systems in order to pay employees in line with company and statutory regulations. To accurately record the payroll in the financial records of the company as well as provide various internal reports.
Weekly verification of hours worked by shop floor employees
Weekly collation of data into payroll systems.
Holidays, sickness and absence processing and controlling
Ensuring information is converted into pay details - creation of pay slips and initiation of payment to banks. This is in line with company and statutory regulations.
Completion of internal daily / weekly / monthly attendance and payroll reports with adherence to GDPR rules.
Reconciliation and payment of statutory deductions to relevant bodies (tax etc )
Entry of payroll impact into company financial records.
Processing/paying expenses for travel and subsistence
We are seeking candidates with experience working within a similar role with skills in payroll processing.
Hours : - 35 hours per week: Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 17:00 and 08:30 - 12:30 Friday
