North West based software house specialising in bespoke software development services requires a Business Development Manager. Successful experience of Professional Services Sales in a relationship-based sales environment is essential. We are looking for someone who is attracted by the industry leading commission rate.
This organisation is well established with an impressive list of Blue Chip names on the client list. It is the specialist design and software development expertise this company is most respected for. They are considered a premium quality service provider with a reputation that opens doors. Due to ambitious yet realistic growth objectives, an additional Sales Consultant is required.
We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager with a new business mentality, however some existing and dormant accounts will also be given to the successful candidate. Ideally you would have a minimum of 2 years experience in bespoke software sales. We will also consider salespeople with experience successfully selling other consultancy services / professional services. You must be able to demonstrate winning £100k+ deals and have the gravitas to engage with multiple C-level contacts during the 6 month+ sales process.

This organisation will be able to offer a suitably attractive package to a candidate with the relevant experience and demonstrable sales achievement. As a guide Basic salary is likely to range from £45,000 to £60,000 and there is an uncapped OTE of £70,000 to £100,000. It could be higher for exceptional candidates. A company car or car allowance is also included as is a pension scheme after an initial qualifying period
