Senior Sales Development Representative Package: 

A competitive basic salary of between £30-40k
Y1 OTE of £15k, taking your total package up to a potential £55k in Y1

Senior Sales Development Representative Role:

Act as a mentor and a player coach with other more junior members of the team
Serve as a bridge between Marketing and Sales by generating, qualifying, and educating a continuous flow of new, prospective customers 
Work closely with the Marketing team to implement demand generation initiatives and follow up/nurture leads
Ensure successful follow through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in CRM application
Drive attendance for webinars and live seminars; set meetings for conferences
Collect and track market intelligence for the Sales team, organizing and categorizing sales lead information
Assist sales team in client collateral and sales meeting preparation  
Lead and track sales prospecting initiatives and contests 
Senior Sales Development Representative:

Educated to degree level
Bi-lingual fluency in German and English
2 years of experience in a client facing, business related or sales environment
Excellent project management and organisational skills
Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
Experience working with (url removed) or other CRM platforms a plus
