Opportunity for an experienced 1st line IT Service desk analyst, you will provide technical support to the organizations UK employees. Currently home-based role but must be accessible to Rickmansworth HQ.
2 years recent IT Service desk experience in a 1st line role
Excellent communication, customer service and telephone skills essential in addition to support of the following:
Windows 10 operating systems.
Office 365/ O365
PC, Laptop and Printer hardware.
iPhones and iPads.
Active Directory services.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment that is intent on delivering solutions to its customers in a timely manner.
