We have a new and exciting opportunity to join a successful well established utility service provider as an Account Manager based in Burton Upon Trent on a full time permanent basis.
The salary will be £19k per annum working Monday to Friday 9.00pm - 5.30pm.
Are you a motivated individual who can multi task ? Can you work individually as well as supporting their team. You must have excellent communication and customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be well organised and proactive with a keen eye for detail.
Main duties include.
• Ensuring that all client and supplier emails are dealt with in line with agreed service levels.
• Processing data requests and entry in a timely and accurate manner.
• Validating and processing of supplier and client reports.
• Dealing efficiently and courteously with correspondence, emails and telephone calls from clients, utility companies and associated contractors.
• Scanning and filing of documents.
• Creating and modifying documents using Microsoft Office.
• Ensuring accurate information is maintained on systems
• Perform any other administrative tasks as requested and in time, be trained in other areas of the business to support a "multi-tasking" environment.
