Job Description

Rec Pool are actively recruiting for a B2B Sales Executive / Business Development Manager on behalf of their client, a leading Payroll Solutions / Umbrella company based in Liverpool City Centre. This role offers exceptional earning potential with a basic salary of £30k. This role is not a field based sales position and is an office based role however will allow for remote / home based working during Covid restrictions.

The role:

Selling payroll solutions services into the Recruitment Agency market primarily

Securing new clients through outbound telephone activity, primarily cold calling

Maximising new business from existing clients where possible

Attending ad hoc client visits to secure new business and Agency agreements

Working in a sales-driven, targeted environment

Account Managing clients you have generated for the business and looking to maximise potential opportunity

Working using Microsoft packages and Hubspot

The person:

Previous experience working within a B2B Sales role and have a proven track record of success

Industry experience not required however Finance, Legal, Insurance, Recruitment or Professional Services sectors would be preferred

Experience in generating business over the telephone

Experience in cold calling and new business generation

IT literate and comfortable using standard Office packages

Money motivated, driven and ambitious

Self sufficient and self-driven

Receptive to training

Professional manner and approach towards work

Able to work as part of a team

The package:

Basic salary £30000

Realistic OTE £40-50k

Home Based working during Covid restrictions
