Sales Manager

We’re recruiting on behalf of an award-winning online retailer who, during the last 12 months has seen record sales and growth within their business.

Having recently acquired a second site within the midlands, and with plans to recruit a further 100 employees in 2021 it’s a great time to become part of the team.

As Sales Team Manager you’ll be accountable sales performance, customer satisfaction and the development/succession planning of the existing Sales Team. Reporting to the Head of Sales you’ll support the strategy and delivery for sales, profit and deliver outstanding service ensuring all opportunities are maximised for everyone in your team.

What you’ll need:

A strong understanding of retail or B2C customers in a sales environment.
Previous experience of leading and developing sales teams
Experience of managing a large volume of sales transactions
