We’re now looking for a new team of Graduate Business Development Account Managers to proactively win new customers within the UK Commercial Sector.

Graduate Business Development Account Manager Package: 

A competitive basic salary of £23,000, rising to £25k upon completion of your apprenticeship

Graduate Business Development Account Manager Role:

Obtain a thorough understanding of SHI’s unique value propositions and our entire portfolio
Represent the core values of world class customer support, and achieve monthly KPIs as a business proactive sales professional
Strategically target and search for potential customers to uncover new business opportunities within your designated territories
Perform regular outreach, calling through to and capturing the attention of key decision makers
Follow up on leads for potential business, including inbound and those acquired from marketing campaigns
Schedule meetings for technical specialists and drive attendance to SHI hosted technology days
Understand daily business needs leading to transformation project-based work
Continue to develop business relationships that are built and continue to support and sell IT solutions
Be accountable for self development via engagement in company learning and development, and self-learning opportunities.
Graduate Business Development Account Manager:

Educated to degree level
Committed and disciplined with a fantastic work ethic
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
A proactive mind-set and an eagerness to learn
Entrepreneurial flair required as you seek to build out your customer base
Comfortable within a target driven environment
Professional and clear with your email communications
The ability to prioritise, organise and multi-task confidently
