SEEKING LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSES - LPNs
& REGISTERED NURSES - RNs
Community Action Against Addiction is seeking to hire Full-Time & part time
Medication Dispensing Nurses.
CAAA is a Medication Assistant Treatment Facility that assist individuals struggling with a substance use disorder to overcome their illicit drug use.
Skills Required: Nurse must have good interpersonal skills; the ability to assess client's healthcare needs, the ability to provide TB testing, venipuncture, collect urine specimens and administering EKGs. Must have good organization skills, have basic skills with Microsoft Windows and Office Programs. Nurses should have excellent written, communication and critical thinking skills.
Requirements: Applicants must possess and maintain at minimum a valid State of Ohio Nursing License with the MEDS-IV designation and BLS (Basic Life Support) for Healthcare Providers Certificate. Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
Community Action Against Addiction provide the following services: Daily dispensing of Methadone, Suboxone, Subutex medication or Vivitrol injections, annual EKGs, physical examinations, random monthly urine screening, tuberculosis, hepatitis and HIV screening, vaccinations and medication tapering. In addition, we offer Individual and Group Counseling, Spirituality, Grief Counseling and IOP services.
Community Action Against Addiction is a 50 years old organization that provides substance abuse treatment for the heroin and opioid addicted residents of Cuyahoga County since its inception. CAAA provides the necessary tools to assist individuals successfully recover from their opioid addiction and supporting them in maintaining their sobriety.
