Production Manager

Growing stamping manufacturing company located in Avon, Ohio is currently hiring a Production Manager - this is a first shift position!

Excellent company that has been growing and expanding, they have not had any lay-offs for 20 years and most employees have been with the company for 5+ years!

Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for the management of production personnel (metal stamping as well as tool & die)
• Will also handle all production planning and scheduling
• Mentor and train employees on the shop floor
• Maintain a safe production environment
• Provide support to all production areas including quality and safety
• Mentor and train employees on the shop floor

Qualifications:

• Able to commute to the west side of Cleveland, OH
• 5+ years of production management experience (metal stamping)
• Must have solid organizational and managerial skills but also will be handling production scheduling for new production runs
• Experience with quality and safety
• Salary range $70,000 - $80,000 + bonus and great benefits
