Skills : Proven experience in Salesforce Service Cloud and lightning advanced configuration, in particular on: Validation Rule Workflow Rule Assignement Email-to-Case Flow et process builder Proven experience in Experience Cloud, in particular on: Public Community/Guest User Knowledge articles and topics Theme customization, Design System, CSS styling and Builder Content Management Clear understanding of Apex, Visual force, triggers, automation, API connections and security within Salesforce, even if you will not be in charge of those developments Knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL or SOQL Good communication skills with an emphasis on verbal and written communication Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Strong Agile mindset and Proven experience in AGILE methodology implementation and JIRA tool Experience in Customer Services Projects and related business topics Fluent French (most of oral communication are in French) Professional English (all deliverables are in English) Must have 8+ years of IT development experience must have 5+ years of experience in Salesforce.com platform and service cloud Certifications : Certified Salesforce Administrator Certified Community Cloud Certified Service Cloud Any Salesforce certification would be a plus point - Management fonctionnel - Business Analyst - 5+ years of experience in Salesforce.com platform and service cloud - see "Description de la mission" paragraph for more details - Agile methodology - Experience in Customer Services Projects - Professional English - Salesforce Service Cloud and lightning advanced - Salesforce Experience Cloud - Relational Databases, SQL or SOQL For the European Leader in its sector, we are looking for a Business Analyst with skills on Service Cloud : Lead, drive and build business needs of our Guest Service Platform, a salesforce service Cloud based solution, dedicated to our Customer Service organization spread across the world (10 countries). Responsible for the design of Salesforce Service Cloud applications, in top of leading business needs qualification. Your primary focus includes capturing business requirements, lead functional, design, prototyping, testing & training. Responsibilities : Lead the analysis and business requirements gathering to create detailed functional requirements, using User-Centric methodologies Create relevant User Stories and associated User Acceptance Tests Translate functional requirements into Macro Design Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable processes and UI/UX within salesforce best practices Ensure the best possible quality of the application Maintain a knowledge corner on Business needs, User Stories and implementation chooses Communicate proactively with all relevant stakeholders on topics you're leading Help the team stay focused on the sprint goal, increase team agility and collaboration strongly during Sprint ceremonies (daily scrum meeting, backlog review, sprint planning, retro) Be able to conduct end to end implementation from analysis, design, evaluation, modification, testing and implementation across functional areas, even if it's not the primary mission of this role Interested in this offer ?
