We are looking for an exceptional sales person to develop new business for us to drive our growth.

This role will develop further relationships with small, medium to large employers or public sector bodies who procure by framework so that Careerwise is able to maximise the commercial benefits and opportunities available. You will understand each organisation’s commercial recruitment and work-based learning needs and provide a solution from our portfolio of services. This may include the provision of new-hire apprentices or upskilling existing staff, pre-vocational and short course funded training or commercial training opportunities.

Your role:

Complete a organisational needs analysis with each company to generate, recruitment and training needs.
Generating a pipeline of new apprenticeship starts through a consultative sales approach across a range of SME businesses throughout london.
Developing strong networks and building awareness of the client by attending and presenting at networking events and seminars
Producing costed quotations and proposals in order to win apprenticeship contracts
Responsible for the development of new & existing employer business for levy & non-levy accounts
Maintaining up to date knowledge of changes to industry funding (Levy), eligibility, legislation and regional grants
Scheduling regular contact with current employers in person and by telephone to build relationships and increase apprenticeship vacancies
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the client's apprenticeship offer such as the newly developed standards, new enhanced content and blended delivery models
Ensuring that our clients are delighted with our overall service provision, and that this is reflected in key satisfaction measures
Ensuring our delivery exceeds internal quality expectations and external benchmarks such as Ofsted
Ensuring that our overall commercial goals are met or exceeded, to provide a sustainable basis for our business
Ensuring regular communication with internal stakeholders such as the delivery team
Working with Marketing to provide content for e-marketing and social media activity
Recording all meetings and customer contact using the CRM database
Creating full, detailed job specifications and recruitment plans for allocation to the Resourcing Team
Creating engaging and effective vacancy advertisements
Ensuring that all health and safety and insurance paperwork is up to date
