Timely delivery of one or more projects between 400 and 2,000 man days, within the framework and the expected efforts and planning.
Ensure communication with stakeholders and report to PPMO.
Dimensions (5 main qualitative and quantitative data):
1. Projects with "mid-size complexity" at level of planning, change &risks
2. Managing a project team of 2 to 15 people
3. Manage annual project budgets from 500 k€ to 2M€
4. Within 1 competence domain: Infrastructure, Telecom, Application, Solution
5. Possible interaction with 1 to 5 external parties, suppliers
Certification in Prince II or PMI foundation level; knowledge of ITIL, Scrum, ECM or SAP.
