SAP SuccessFactors Consultant.

For one of our clients, we are looking for dedicated SAP HCM/SuccessFactors contractor. Communication with colleagues and global cross functional teams is one of the key skills needed to be successful within your job. You will be one of the bridges between different offices around the globe on premise and cloud, mainly functional and setting up a wider future perspective on certain modules within Employee Central.

Role details:

• Optimizing and coach employees on different modules in Employee Central


• Mainly focus on modules Performance, Recruiting, Compensation and Learning.


• Communicate with internal and external cross global team managers.


• Giving presentations on a frequent base internal- and external to clients and employees.


• Analyse business processes and identify improvements.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge on Employee Central and the modules within the system.


• Knowledge on market trends and developments within SuccessFactors.


• SAP SuccessFactors certified.
