Payroller – Grimsby – £28,000-£33,000 + Benefits
Chase & Holland are excited to be working exclusively with a market leading company in Grimsby who are looking for an experienced Payroller to join their friendly team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on multiple, end to end Payrolls in a busy, fast-paced role.
Run multiple, end to end Payrolls, combination of monthly and weekly
Processing new starters and leavers
Managing pension scheme process and calculating holiday pay
Calculating and processing of SSP and SMP in line with current legislation
Dealing with attachment of earnings
RTI reporting and dealing with HMRC
Checking time and attendance records and timesheets ensuring accuracy
Promptly dealing with payroll related queries
Posting month end payroll journals
Producing month end reports and statistics
Undertake the day to day maintenance of the payroll system and assist with transition to T&A system from manual timesheetsRequired Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a high volume position working on multiple payrolls is essential
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to liaise across the business to resolve queries
Good IT skills are essential
