SalesForce Engineering Manager

Prestigious Fortune 500 Company is currently seeking a SalesForce Engineering Manager. This person will be responsible for the Salesforce roadmap and scaling the CRM.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated experience managing Agile DevOps enabled Admin and Development teams within the Salesforce ecosystem for 6+ years.
• Strong organizational and communication skills that create effective cross team collaboration between business and technical focused teams and personnel.
• Comfortable interacting with senior management and business partners across different domains.
• Demonstrated experience operating within a matrixed organization with a strong focus on enabling business capabilities through partnership and collaboration.
• Comfortable working with a global admin and development team working across many different time zones, geographies, and cultures.
• Demonstrated focus on customer, and employee, satisfaction and enablement.
• Experience with ETL tools and API management tools a plus
• Degree in Computer Science or similar preferred with 8+ years of experience in defining, architecting and building software-based IT solutions
