Prestigious Financial Institution is currently seeking an Atlassian Administrator. Candidate will be working with individual teams to rationalize, streamline, and improve project set up and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Getting the best from the Atlassian marketplace. Introducing efficiency tools to improve our suite
• Training and Consultancy
• Providing standard methodology mentorship for new teams and projects
• Training new joiners
• Maintenance and Support
• Project Creation and Set-Up
• Day-to-day support requests
• Creation of workflows, permission schemes, and issue types across the system
• Integrations with other tooling within Anaplan
• System Improvements
• Project archiving
• Standardize across status/issue/workflow etc.
• Documentation
• Specialist projects. Always improving our processes, practices, and culture so that we are at the top of our Agile game
• Integrating Jira with our build and deployment pipelines
• Reporting, metrics, BI, and data wrangling to bring new insight to our data from multiple sources

Qualifications:

• Agile and/or scrum experience and knowledge
• Atlassian certified would be great - ideally ACP-120
• Degree in Computer Science or related technical field preferred, or equivalent practical experience
• Understand how to build and use data to drive decisions
