Information Security Analyst

Information Security Project Analyst required for a global insurance firm who are implementing ServiceNow. This role will be focusing on supporting the implementation and integration of this management system.

Responsibilities:

• Collate and document post go-live feedback from the user community
• Liaise with the integrator to implement agreed changes
• Work with the firms SNOW IT team to transition updated versions of the solution from development to UAT to production
• Ensure solution is working as required in production
• Manage any configuration changes to the solution by working with the firms SNOW IT team
• Work with other areas of the firms to integrate SNOW modules in order to provide a seamless user experience
• Create system documentation as required

As an ideal candidate, you will have an industry certification such as CISSP/CISM/CRISC and have expert knowledge of Information Security. You will also have a proven track record of delivery in a similar role. Previous experience in integrating ServiceNow is essential.
