We are looking for a Salesforce Engineer who is experienced with both the technical side and the analysis side as well to add to our growing team. This is a permanent position with salary and bonus, and while this role is currently fully remote, it may at some point go onsite 1-2 days per week later this year. This candidate will be at the forefront of the business, working with users and management, so some business acumen, presentation, and business analysis skill set will be important. Essentially this role will require a balance between the technical side (salesforce administration) and the analysis side (end user support, project management, and documentation.)


  • Oversight and technical support of our CRM technology including Salesforce, Seismic, DataLoader, and other third-party applications.
  • Partner with teammates in Distribution and Marketing on strategic technology initiatives
  • Collaborate with other Information Technology associates to build a modern data infrastructure and pipeline
  • Create complex reports and dashboards that provide actionable intelligence for the Distribution and Marketing teams
  • Provide daily break-fix support of Salesforce and related technologies
  • Help with data cleansing, uploading, and related quality assurance activities
  • Continuously improve the quality and efficiency of our sales enablement capabilities by researching and implementing enhancements in collaboration with teammates


  • Hands-on experience with the Salesforce Lightning platform including object model, data and security models
  • Salesforce configuration skills, including custom objects, workflows, Flows, Process builder, and Lightning App Builder. (Admin/App builder certification preferred)
  • Some Apex Class/Trigger development (or Aura) experience preferred
  • Basic to intermediate JavaScript experience
  • A strong understanding of the sales CRM and technology landscape - best practices, implementation and integration; ability to leverage experience to deliver analytics and insights in support of growth
  • Proficiency with
    • data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar
    • SQL experience with data sourcing and prepping preferred
    • Excel, PowerPoint, and/or other common project and business communication software
  • Competent with translating business needs and use cases into technical specs and functional requirements
