Required Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a PMO Analyst/Project Coordinator in an enterprise environment working with a large number of concurrent projects (50+)
• Well versed working in a PMO and supporting projects, PMO standards, and processes working with MS Office suite for reporting and resource management/PM tools (MS Office Suite, Smart Sheet, SharePoint)
• Produce PMO reports including dashboards to gauge performance metrics and KPIs
• Work directly with stakeholders to ensure compliance standards
• Liaison between business, PMO and and Finance
• Creating process from scratch, refine existing process and make enhancements
• Well versed in tracking project financials, forecast/budgets and actuals spent on projects
• Financial industry experience
