1st Line IT Service Desk Analyst

IT Service Desk Analyst is required by our Barcelona based client to provide 1st line client support and services within EMEA.
The IT Service Desk Analyst will have an entry level knowledge of technical support and will be responsible for troubleshooting 1st line issues, escalating incidents to next level support, administration of IT services and provision of guidance for IT related issues to end users.
The successful 1st Line IT Service Desk Analyst will have 2 years' experience as a Service Desk Engineer and will possess excellent communication and customer services skills. Good knowledge of the Windows suite and ticketing tools and excellent English and German speaking skills are also essential. Spanish language skills would also be highly advantageous.

Duration: 6 Month Contract
Daily rate: €100 per day
