Chief IAM Development Lead

A prestigious fortune 500 company is on the search for a Chief IAM Development Lead. This position is all about how to leverage IAM product line into the cloud. This is a very hands on position with AWS. This company is looking for someone with 10+ years of related IAM experience and 4-5 years of IAM architecture experience. Also needed is strong knowledge in Infrastructure-as-Code deployments architecture

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement and run IAM platform
• Work with our Architecture, Risk and Information Security teams to deliver an end-to-end solution to drive
• Design collaboration and code reviews
• Develop strategy and target state architecture and ensure proper implementation
• Investigate and resolve issues escalated from the Operations team and develop short term and long term strategy
• Responsible for availability and performance of the platform
• Mentor and train employees and lead by example

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology or Cyber Security with preference for IAM services and automation
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
• 4-5 years of IAM or architecture experience
• 3+ years of experience in AWS and GCP in an Enterprise environment
• Strong knowledge in Linux, Networking and Databases
• Strong knowledge in Infrastructure-as-Code deployments architecture
• Experience with Scripting
• Documentation of Engineering Solutions and Designs
• Experience being a technical lead in an enterprise
• Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management technologies
• Solid understanding of NIST framework, GDPR and CCPA
