Change Manager - Telecommunications - Customer Care/Networks

Change Manager - Zurich - Telecommunications - Contract minimum 9 months duration
I am supporting a telecommunications company in Zurich with their search for a Change Manager. The contract can last up to 24 months and the all-inclusive hourly rate is between CHF 30-35.
The ideal candidate has experience in the telecommunications industry and can speak German fluently. This person should also have experience in dealing with customers.
The Change Management department is responsible for all innovations, adjustments and improvements to the national and international management of the network.
The team consists of a Team Leader, a Technical Leader and two Change Managers. Another Change Manager is being sought to strengthen the team.
Tasks and areas of responsibility:
- Process reports from third parties/subcontractors & communication with partner companies
- Customer care and processing of customer inquiries
- Customer communication by mail and phone
- Communication with internal teams (Customer Care, Networks, B2B) to pass on the latest information
- Project work: Carry out UATs and test the newly developed functions of the tools (Ticketing System Remedy USMS/Change visualization Spider) for functionality and user friendliness
- Participate in One Assurance Workshop Change (internal meeting to develop and discuss the new functionalities of the tools) and actively help shape it so that the number of truck rolls is reduced
- Create training documents for partner companies about the changes that were made in the tool
- Other tools that are used in daily business: MS Office, Taifun, Visio, etc
Must have requirements:
- European or Swiss citizen
- German native/fluent speaker
- Willing to work onsite in Switzerland
- Solid knowledge and experience in the telecommunications industry
- Confident and friendly demeanor in customer communication
