General Extrusions, Inc. is now hiring production workers. Starting rate is $12.28 per hour. After a probationary period the rate is $14.49 per hour. Pay increases in 2022 increases the rate to over $15.00 per hour in the first half of 2022. Health insurance, life insurance, Short Term Disability insurance and 401(k). The company contributes approximately $2,500 to each employees 401(k) account every 12 months. Would start on the afternoon or evening shift. New hires start as helpers working in one of three departments:
Extrusion Department - Stretcher helper or saw helper.
Fabrication Department - Operate conventional metal fabricating equipment such as saws, punch press or drill press. Also, may operate CNC machines.
Shipping Department - Package product to prepare for shipment
