ELECTRICAL ENGINEER in RICHMOND, VA.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Developing machine controls for unit operations to meet design requirements
Ensuring all machine safety protocols are designed, installed and verified
Providing accurate and complete electrical documentation to meet engineering standards and customer requirements
Overseeing machine communications and integration between the unit operations for the entire manufacturing line
Developing and executing the plan for integration and communication of machine outputs to Manufacturing Systems
Executing IQ,OQ, PQ of unit operations for new manufacturing lines
WE WANT YOU TO HAVE:
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering OR Electrical Engineering Technology
7+ years of direct controls and programming experience
Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLC) and Human-Machine Interface (HMI) development
Experience with conceptualizing and designing new/custom equipment automation and controls
Ability to interpret and effectively use electrical schematics to diagnose equipment issues
Proficient in use of Studio 5000, Factory Talk View, Simatic, Pluto Manager, AutoDesk
Experience with vision systems and servo driven equipment
Experience with networking, Manufacturing Execution Systems, and data collection systems
Strong root cause analysis, analytical and troubleshooting abilities
