We are currently seeking a SENIOR MANAGER, CONSUMER EXPERIENCE & DIGITAL STRATEGY to join our team in RICHMOND, VA, or we are open to REMOTE WORK arrangements.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING:
Develop an enterprise strategy and roadmap to incorporate consumer journeys and insights in day to day operations in support of Altrias 10-year conversion vision.
Own and develop test and learn plans to accelerate Altria's understanding of consumer conversion engagement. This includes consumer segment identification, journey map creation & strategy development supporting Altria's 10-year vision.
Identify key business insights to help inform enterprise conversion strategies and go to market plans across Altrias potential reduced harm portfolio.
You would apply new, creative ways to reach and engage adult tobacco consumers through content and channel activations.
Responsible for collaborating with cross functional teams to craft and deliver iterative test plans that yield tangible results. Working across the business with Digital and Technology partners, Brand Marketing and Legal.
Analyzing existing tools and capabilities to identify areas of opportunity, or to activate upon specific business initiatives.

WE WANT YOU TO HAVE:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing or relevant field.
10+ years of relevant professional experience. Advertising agency, digital marketing and e-commerce experience is highly desired.
Proficient in crafting end to end consumer journey maps and consolidating disparate data sets to understand consumer problems along their journey.
Shopper marketing and Design thinking a plus.
Strong analytic and critical thinking skills with the ability to apply data analytics to develop focused initiatives and work plans.
Experience implementing digital marketing and e-commerce tests (Adobe marketing suite, SMS, Digital Media, Magento).
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively across functions.
Strong communication skills (written and oral).
Comfortable working in an evolving and changing "white space" environment with a passion for learning.
Experience working in agile environments.
