Kahn Media, a leading integrated marketing firm specializing in automotive, outdoor, and luxury-lifestyle markets, is looking to expand its team with a new part-time position that will work closely with the CEO and executive team to modernize the company's biz dev strategy and execution by creating a new structure to the RFP process, work with the creative team to develop a new, visual proposal template, identify how and where marketing automation and a modern sales funnel can be utilized to capture new leads, manage the company's social media channels, and more. While this position will start out as part-time, it has lots of potential for advancement and a high earnings potential. Compensation will be an hourly base + commission. While we would prefer a candidate within driving distance of our headquarters in Moorpark, CA, we are open to this position being a fully remote position for the right candidate. COVID-19 Considerations: We are currently operating on a partially remote basis during the COVID-19 pandemic with an employee rotation schedule that limits the total number of people in the office at any given time, with most employees coming in once per week. The office is professionally cleaned and disinfected throughout the week, masks are provided to all employees and required to be worn when in communal areas or when interacting directly with another employee, hand sanitizer is available at every desk, and employees are encouraged to utilize the touchless thermometer provided at the front desk upon entering the building. You want to pursue a career in business management and sales and are willing to implement every tool at your disposal to do it, from social media and digital marketing to old-fashioned phone pitching and follow-up. Responsibilities and Duties: Create and post content on company social channels including , Instagram, and Follow-up with warm new business leads (RFPs, social leads, freemium leads, and engaged website visitors) Work with digital marketing team to A/B test targeted DM ads to drive email, phone, and social leads to determine what's working and optimize response rates Work with Kahn Media's managing editor on company blogs and newsletter content to drive site traffic Work with copy and creative teams on new business decks, PowerPoints, case studies, and proposals Report to and work alongside the CEO with significant insights and contribute creative business strategies Comfortable with cold calls and cold emails Experience with collaboration and project management tools including Slack and Trello Who We Are: Kahn Media is a PR and digital marketing agency that has been connecting the best automotive, motorsports, action sports, and luxury-lifestyle brands in the world with driven consumers since 2008.
