Executive Assistant (18 months)

On behalf of our client we are looking for an Executive Assistant, who is able to work in a fast-paced environment.


Various Adminitrative Tasks:



  • Calendar management

  • Prepare materials for internal and external meetings

  • Take part in meetings and draft minutes

  • Book domestic and international travels etc

  • Organize meeting rooms and catering events

  • Execute paperwork and reports

  • Take calls and execute different tasks


Must-haves:



  • +3 years of admin experience (see admin tasks above)

  • Solid knowledge of MS Office


  • German AND English fluency are must-haves

  • Ability to work under high pressure

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive material

  • High level of organizational and planning skills

  • Ability to meet deadlines and to multitask
