Titl: Support Specialist/App review support

Location: Work From Home Till August 2021 - then in Dublin, Ireland office after August but not essential

Duration: 9 months Possibility + High possible Conversion to Long Term

Engaging with customer reviews on mobile app stores provides client with the opportunity to capture feedback from our customers at the point of sale that can be used to influence our ongoing development priorities.

  • As an App Review Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering a quality experience to our customers who have taken the time to share their feedback
  • You will be in charge of aggregating this feedback and distilling it into actionable trends that can be shared with our product development teams
  • Monitor feedback shared on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store specific to one or more of Client's mobile app offerings
  • Respond appropriately to customer feedback while adhering to Client's Brand guidelines
  • Identify trends in feedback to properly size challenges and judge priority
  • Document communication associated with specific issues to build into a canned response library
  • Create weekly reports categorizing and prioritizing the reviews posted and presenting this feedback to stakeholders within our product teams
  • Work collaboratively with other teams including product, marketing, engineering, and support

Skills - German + French + English Written skills

  • Experience in a similar role in customer support, social media, or digital marketing
  • Ability to distill large data sets into themes
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate inter-departmentally while managing multiple priorities
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with data analytics/reporting software such as Clarabridge or TopBox preferred
  • Experience working with JIRA
  • Curious about learning new technologies
  • Fluent German, French & English
