Front-end Java Developer (Spring Boot)

Jumar Solutions are looking to engage an experienced Front End Java Developer to work on an exciting 2 year central government project.

This is an outstanding opportunity to work on a project which has strong social value, together with interesting data and technical challenges.

You'll be responsible for development across the full life cycle, from new features, the creation of new endpoints and extension of existing and live service issue resolution.

We're looking for candidates who have government sector experience, along with strong Front End Java development, GIT and Spring Boot/Spring Data.

Experience:

• Java 11 (Java 11 not essential but a willingness to stay abreast of changes between releases is)


• Spring Boot/Spring Data - Essential


• GIT & CircleCI


• New feature design


• Creation of new end-points


• Extension of existing endpoints


• Live service issue resolution


• Management of GIT repository


• Support for continuous integration

The role is fully remote/home based, with the potential to be partially based from London if required, when COVID-19 subsides.

Candidates must be UK based and hold BPSS clearance. Must also be eligible for SC clearance.
