Method Cloud has been retained to secure a Salesforce CPQ Product Manager for a European company.


This is a key strategic hire and the Salesforce CPQ Product Manager will come on board to be responsible for the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce CPQ across 17 different regions in Europe.


This rollout of Salesforce is aiming to unify not only 17 separate business units in Europe onto to a centralised CRM platform, but will feed into a single end-to-end CPQ system that will unify Sales & Marketing operations in Europe for over 700 new users.


The Salesforce Product Manager will work closely with senior business stakeholders in each region to define and drive best practice, as well working on behalf of our client to "own" the implementation and manage relations between the client & external delivery partners.


This role will require travel across Europe (when restrictions ease) and will be HQ'd in the UK. When Lockdown eases this role will be a blend of WFH and office based.


My client is offering a salary in the region of £80,000 - £100,000 per year and there are of course many other benefits as well.


Your role will look like: -



  • Ensuring that all Sales & Marketing solutions are aligned to the Company Strategy.

  • Lead the research and development of new products/product changes in line with agreed Company processes.

  • Own all Product related training, implementation, deployment and post-implementation support.

  • Manage a team of circa 5 PO's

  • Champion and drive the adoption of Salesforce/CPQ best practice across all regions

  • Act as the escalation & resolution point for all new and existing Salesforce/CPQ products & changes.
