For an international financial institution in Zurich we are seeking a highly motivated professional to take up the following challenge:

SQL Developer (Contract) - 6479

Job Description

• Analysis and specification of system requirements
• Implementation of analytical activities for software engineering
• Creation of models according to data, functions and objects
• Design of components
• Implementation, Maintenance and development of applications
• Specification and implementation of interfaces
• Apply appropriate methods, techniques and tools for software development
• Analyse problems and provide support in the development as well as overall in the project
• Support testing activities
• Write and update accurate documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business information technology,
• More than 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, ideally in a financial environment
• More than 5 years of experience in software development using
• Solid Oracle knowledge
• Experience with UX (Windows OS) and with DevOps tools: GIT, Artefactory, Jenkins
  
• Proven track record working in interdisciplinary/international teams in an agile environment
  
• Experience with UC4, Java 8/11, Docker, Openshift is a big plus
• Strong communication skills
• Confident appearance as well as a high degree of independence, personal responsibility and flexibility
• 
  Proficient English language skills, German is a plus

Contract Details

• Start: 1st April 2021
• Duration: 6 months + extension
• Workload: 100%
• Rate: CHF 800 all-incl. per day
• Only candidates with a valid Swiss permit or EU passport will be considered
